We each get to create our life the way we would like it to be. Are you going to lock yourself into negativity or allow the positive side of life? Seems like a no-brainer to me.
When we concentrate on negative things, we attract more negativity into our lives. This can have a detrimental impact on us, our loved ones, including our children. It can cause us to overreact and get caught in a negative cycle of anger and bitterness.
Likewise, if we concentrate on positive things, we attract more positivity into our lives. This can tremendously impact us, our loved ones, and our children. Focusing on the positive side of life will bring us to a place of forgiveness, happiness, and love.
It is easy to get caught up in the negativity cycle, so the next time you start to spiral, forgive yourself and tell yourself,” I love you, [your name].” Let yourself laugh it off and move on to a joyous day. Create your life the way you want it to be.
