I hope these thoughts give you something to ponder while you enjoy your morning beverage. As you go about your day, I invite you to take some time to reflect on your observations.  Consider if there’s anything you can do to enhance your life, such as looking into the mirror and appreciating yourself.  You may also find a way to make the world more beautiful with a simple act of kindness, like holding the door open without expecting a thank you. You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Perhaps you have some untapped talent you may regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china.  I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow. Frustrations
Frustrations come in many forms and many densities. Most of us run into at least one frustration a day. Sometimes, we have more than one in a day.
The trick is not to live in these challenges. Even when we have a full day or two of frustrations, we must find a way through them. While this may feel impossible at times, it simply is something we must do.
If we do not find a way through these frustrations, they can harm us in many ways. We may start letting anger build up and then overreact to simple things.
Often, our frustrations are little things that we let blow up because of something else that has happened. If we do not face each one as it comes up, we may let one frustration build on another. Therefore, when you face frustration, ask whether you need to be frustrated by this or if you can let it go.
Today’s challenge:
Next time you are frustrated by something, examine it to find out if it is frustrating you or if there is something else you have not faced.
