I hope these thoughts give you something to ponder while you enjoy your morning beverage. As you go about your day, I invite you to take some time to reflect on your observations. Consider if there’s anything you can do to enhance your life, such as looking into the mirror and appreciating yourself. You may also find a way to make the world more beautiful with a simple act of kindness. Perhaps you can hold the door open without expecting a thank you. You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Maybe you have some untapped talent you regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow.
Healing Love
Love is healing.
Everything in life is better with love and can be transcended with compassion.
Our love helps us heal many things in life. It can help us heal our health, our traumas, and even our broken hearts.
Focusing love on our health can increase our immunity, and on a broken heart, it will help us to heal faster. And, on our traumas, it will help lessen their impact on our lives.
Healing love can come from others, but it must also come from ourselves.
Love is like a magic pill. The dosage can vary according to the patient’s needs. The type may also vary depending on what needs to be healed. Sometimes, self-love in a larger dosage is all we need; at other times, we may need the healing love of others to quicken our recovery.
We can send our love to others, hoping to help them overcome, but the love they really need comes from within.
Our self-love is the best healing love and the one that will help us overcome most of our problems.
Today’s challenge:
Give yourself and those around you some healing love.
