I hope these thoughts give you something to ponder while you enjoy your morning beverage. As you go about your day, I invite you to take some time to reflect on your observations. Consider if there’s anything you can do to enhance your life, such as looking into the mirror and appreciating yourself. You may also find a way to make the world more beautiful with a simple act of kindness, like holding the door open without expecting a thank you. You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Perhaps you have some untapped talent you may regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow.
Help
Sometimes, the best help we can receive is no help.
There are times when we must figure things out on our own. However, this does not mean we are not receiving support from the Universe. It is that the Universe knows we can do it on our own, so it sits back and watches over us.
It may feel as if the Universe has turned its back on you. Nevertheless, it has not. Part of helping us to grow is to let us figure out when we can do something on our own and when we need help.
For example, yesterday, the Universe helped me on several occasions by letting me figure out several frustrations I ran up against. I jumped my car by myself for the first time. Yesterday’s Morning Coffee was a mess. I had all the words, but they were not in the proper order. I kept asking the Universe to help me, and it kept telling me you have it. Just relax. And in no time, I figured out the correct placement and published it.
If we always rely on someone to bail us out of our messes, we will never learn that we have the power within us to help ourselves.
Help comes in many forms, and sometimes that form is no help.
Today’s challenge:
Know when to ask for help and when you can help yourself.
