You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Perhaps you have some untapped talent you may regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. Are Thoughts Limiting Your Abilities?
Do you let your thoughts limit your abilities?
We cannot live up to our full potential when we have limiting thoughts. Sometimes, these thoughts become habitual and we are unaware of them.
It may be beneficial to reflect on your daily thoughts. Identify the limiting ones, study them, and decide if they are thoughts you wish to continue entertaining.
When you stop letting negative thoughts control your life, you can redirect your mind towards more positive thoughts. If a limiting thought comes up, try finding something humorous about it. Maybe you feel like a failure, and because of this limiting thought, you don’t feel you can make this change. Laugh at that irony: “I want to change and release these limiting thoughts, but I’m a failure, so I can’t.” You’ll stop taking these thoughts seriously by laughing at yourself each time they arise, and it may even improve your self-esteem.
When you let go of thoughts that hold you back, you’ll notice that your mind becomes filled with uplifting thoughts, and you can take on the world.
