You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Perhaps you have some untapped talent you may regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow.
Find Some Time for Nature
Nature is such a fundamental part of living.
Did you know that if you walk barefoot in the grass or sand at the beach, you pick up essential electrons to heal your body and soul? These electrons help reduce stress and anxiety. If you are becoming anxious at work, go outside for five minutes if you can go barefoot.
If you are stuck at your desk and cannot get out, have a salad for lunch. In the winter, if it is too cold, eating vegetables, tending your houseplants, and using essential oils are great substitutes.
Nothing beats Mother Nature; try to get fresh air daily, even when cold.
