I hope these thoughts give you something to ponder while you enjoy your morning beverage. As you go about your day, I invite you to take some time to reflect on your observations. Consider if there’s anything you can do to enhance your life, such as looking into the mirror and appreciating yourself. You may also find a way to make the world more beautiful with a simple act of kindness, like holding the door open without expecting a thank you. You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Perhaps you have some untapped talent you may regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow.
Release and Be At Peace
Release and be at peace has become my new mantra as I meditate and walk through my day. When I find a tightness in my body, I tell myself to release and be at peace.
If I start to get angry or feel stress and anxiety building, and when frustration takes over, I remind myself to “release and be at peace.”
We can make our world better when we release and are at peace. While it can be difficult sometimes to remember to do this, it can help us enjoy our day more and be more empathetic towards others.
When another is going through something, we can hug them with the intention of “release and be at peace” in our minds and envision this energy passing through our hands to them.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of frustration and anger in the world these days, and if we can remind ourselves to avoid negativity and stay at peace, we can help the world heal.
There is no reason to hold on to the things that do not improve our lives. However, there is peace in releasing these things.
Today’s challenge:
Release and be at peace.
