Consider if there’s anything you can do to enhance your life, such as looking into the mirror and appreciating yourself. You may also find a way to make the world more beautiful with a simple act of kindness. Perhaps you can hold the door open without expecting a thank you. You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Maybe you have some untapped talent you regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow.
Significant Moments
Many moments in life cannot be forgotten. Some good and others horrific.
They make an impact on our lives. How we move on from them is up to us.
The good moments can linger in the air like a sweet scent. One you can bring to mind when you have a bad moment to shift your thoughts and vibration. The ones that bring a smile to your face when sitting quietly. The ones you like to remember when you need a smile or a laugh.
Unfortunately, there are also moments that we would like to forget, moments that can cause us angst and sorrow. We would rather not remember these moments or wish they had never happened.
We can live in or from these moments wringing our hands or use them as a lesson. If we use them to learn, while horrific, at least it serves a purpose.
Life is comprised of moments, some of which become extraordinarily significant, leaving us to decide how to grow from them.

Accept the moments in your life and enjoy them or learn from them.
