I hope these thoughts give you something to ponder while you enjoy your morning beverage. As you go about your day, I invite you to take some time to reflect on your observations. Consider if there’s anything you can do to enhance your life, such as looking into the mirror and appreciating yourself. You may also find a way to make the world more beautiful with a simple act of kindness, like holding the door open without expecting a thank you. You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Perhaps you have some untapped talent you may regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow.
Spirituality
Spirituality comes in many forms.
For many, it comes from their choice of religion, while at the same time, it has nothing to do with religion for many others.
If and how we choose to practice spirituality is a personal choice. For some, it is about going to a building, sitting in a pew, and listening to someone speak. For others, it may be about going outdoors, sitting on the grass, and listening to Mother Nature speak. At the same time, for others, it may be sitting in meditation and listening to the Universe speak.
For most, the main aspect of spirituality is a connection with a greater power. Some call this power God, and others call it the Universe.
At the same time, many do not believe in a greater power. They may still have a spiritual nature but believe it comes from within.
In my opinion, no one is wrong. Doing what is suitable for us, as long as we are not hurting others, is the most spiritual thing we can do.
Today’s challenge:
Allow others to do spirituality their way.
