I hope these thoughts give you something to ponder while you enjoy your morning beverage. As you go about your day, I invite you to take some time to reflect on your observations. Consider if there’s anything you can do to enhance your life, such as looking into the mirror and appreciating yourself. You may also find a way to make the world more beautiful with a simple act of kindness, like holding the door open without expecting a thank you. You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Perhaps you have some untapped talent you may regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow.
Stuck
Do you ever feel stuck?
We all get stuck at some time or another for different reasons.
For example, you just cannot get motivated to do anything. It all feels overwhelming, so instead of doing anything, you do nothing. Or, the harder you try to get unstuck, the deeper you find yourself.
When we feel trapped, it could be that we have made an error in judgment and have gone down the wrong path. Or, we may try to be perfect in our actions and words, but we do not know what would be perfect. Therefore, instead of taking action, we are stuck in inaction.
Consequently, as we try to get ourselves unstuck, we go around in circles, becoming more entrenched in the mud.
We should consider the possibility that being stuck is the Universe’s way of telling us to slow down. We must step back and see what we are doing and how it impacts others.
Even if our mission is to impact others positively, the Universe may realize they are not ready for it and ask us to slow down and proceed cautiously.
In the end, if we are patient, we will get unstuck.
Today’s challenge:
Be sure you are not trying to force a square peg into a round whole.
