I hope these thoughts give you something to ponder while you enjoy your morning beverage. As you go about your day, I invite you to take some time to reflect on your observations. Consider if there’s anything you can do to enhance your life, such as looking into the mirror and appreciating yourself. You may also find a way to make the world more beautiful with a simple act of kindness. Perhaps you can hold the door open without expecting a thank you. You may also want to consider if you have a gift to share with the world. Maybe you have some untapped talent you regret wasting, as we sometimes do with unused towels or our good china. I hope you find them enjoyable and return for more tomorrow.
We
The four of us make up the one
We are I
There is the body
The Inner child
The ego
And the Higher-self
The body knew it needed healing but could not heal without healing the other parts of “we.”
My inner child needed healing, but I also realized my ego required healing.
The ego was born from my inner child, and I could not heal her without healing my ego.
Throughout this process, my higher self remained a silent observer, a testament to the power of introspection in our journey of self-discovery.
We, the body, inner child, ego, and higher self, are now on the healing journey. One cannot be healed without healing the other, so we have agreed to work together on our healing.
We all are “we.” We all have four parts that make “we” up, and need to focus on each part separately and together so that the healing can begin.
Today’s challenge:
Look at all parts of your “we” and know that healing one part will help another part heal.
