A thought entered my head
It sounded like the color red
Red has a sound
If you look around
You might hear it in a fire engine
Or in the anger of inattention 
But never in the bird that flew
Because that sounds like blue
As does the ocean
But not the motion 
Of the sea 
Because like glee
You have the sound of green 
Like in the snap of a bean
Which may also sound like yellow 
As does the snapdragon
But if you get on that bandwagon 
You may hear orange in the storm
Unless it is a hailstorm
Then you will hear the purple, or violet, maybe the indigo
In the ice glow
